Master HOA fee (annual): Covers shared community amenities and services (such as entrance and shared community grounds landscaping, common roads, clubhouse, pool, etc.).
Condo HOA fee (monthly): Covers expenses specific to your condo building(s), such as roofs, siding, insurance, landscaping around condo buildings, and other maintenance.

Master HOA bills are once per year. Each has a separate budget and must bill separately.

These amenities are for Mesa Grande residents and their guests. A Mesa Grande resident must be present for guests to gain access.
There is no set limit to the number of guests, within reason. Mesa Grande does reserve the right to limit the number of guests or restrict specific guests if any issues arise.
Pool tags may be picked up at the party center on select dates (typically three days in May and one day in June). Look out for signs or visit our website during early May for exact dates and times.
Mesa Grande allows residents to park these vehicles temporarily in their driveway. They may not exceed 10 days.
