Pool Rules

Admission to and use of the Mesa Grande Pool will be limited to residents (in good standing) and their guests. Members will be held responsible for the actions of their guests. All persons using the Mesa Grande Pool, or any other equipment supplied by the association do so at their own risk. The Mesa Grande Trustees or any employee of Mesa Grande cannot assume responsibility for any accident or injury in connection with such use.

Upon entering the pool area, please sign in at the gate with your name, address, and phone number.

Always obey the lifeguard.

No children under the age of 14 years will be permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult or person over 17 years old. Adult person must be present.

No disrespectful language is permitted.

No pushing, roughhousing, dunking, or running around the pool deck.

No diving, except from the far wall of the deep end.

No hanging on the rope.

No pets or animals are permitted in the pool are

Proper swimming attire is required. Cutoff jeans are not permitted.

Bicycles, skateboards, and roller skates must be kept outside of the pool area and off the sidewalk.

The lifeguard may park in the reserved space only.

The lifeguard will have keys to the restrooms via the back door of the party center. Keep the area clean and use minimally!

Floatation or other devices may be used at the discretion of the lifeguard; no glass containers, alcohol, or smoking/vaping in the pool area are allowed.

A 15-minute rest period is required every hour. During this time, only adults (18+ years) or toddlers (0 to 5 years) accompanied by an adult may be allowed in the pool.

Anyone caught swimming in the pool after hours will be considered trespassing and subject to arrest and prosecution.

All rules are subject to the discretion of the lifeguard.

Because of liability concerns contractual use of the Party Center does not include use of the pool.
Please explain the above rules to your children. No trespassing on the private properties located around the pool area. As association members, we must all share the responsibility for safe operation of our pool, surrounding areas, and equipment. If you see a problem developing, contact the lifeguard. If proper action is not taken, notify the Pool Manager or a Board Member. The lifeguard and Pool Manager will have authority to suspend any member for violation of the above regulations.
